We’ve put together the most important information for you so that you can enjoy a pleasant stay with us at the Landhaus Steiner.
Check-in: from 3:00 pm on your day of arrival
Check-out: by 10:30 am on your day of departure
Baby facilities: We’re happy to provide a baby monitor, cot, bed rails, high chair and kettle.
Bath towels: Are in the bathing bag in your room.
Bathrobes: Are available free of charge for adults and children for the duration of your stay.
Payment: Please transfer payment in full to our account ahead of arrival. Naturally you can pay in cash or by EC card and credit card. We accept VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard and EC card.
Fitness room: Open for you from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. For safety reasons children under the age of 12 are only allowed entry if accompanied by an adult.
Drinks: Drinks are available in the breakfast room and the hall until 11:00 pm.
Indoor swimming pool: Open for you from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Bus stop: The hiking bus, Postbus and free ski bus all stop outside the Landhaus Steiner.
Front door: The front doors are closed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Please take your keys with you when you leave the hotel.
Dogs: Your dog is welcome on request. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room and wellness area. We charge €15/day for your four-legged friend.
Children’s discount:
0 – 11 Jahre – 50 %
12 – 16 Jahre – 30 %
Cuisine: Breakfast from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
Dinner on a half-board basis in the Hotel Lebzelter**** from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
In winter you are invited to enjoy Austrian desserts every Monday and Thursday from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm in the hall.
Allergies or intolerances? We’ll be happy to offer alternative products. Please let us know your requirements a few days ahead of your arrival.
Reading material: You will find newspapers and magazines in the hall.
Mattresses: Mattresses can be changed depending on the level of firmness you prefer.
Parking space: A free parking space is provided per room outside the Landhaus.
Smoking: You are kindly requested to refrain from smoking anywhere inside the Landhaus Steiner. Ashtrays are provided on the balcony and outside the hotel.

Our central location means that numerous restaurants and guest houses serving local and international specialities are within walking distance. On request, if you are booking a stay of five days and longer, we can also offer you the option of half-board with dinner in the neighbouring Hotel Lebzelter****.
Safe: There is a safe in your room.
Sauna: In winter the sauna is open daily from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm; in summer you are kindly requested to inform us in advance if you wish to use it.
Ski cellar: A ski cellar with boot drier and storage facilities for helmets etc. is available for your use.

Cancellation: For cancellations the Austrian hotel contract terms apply;
up to 3 months before date of arrival – no cancellation charge
up to 1 month before date of arrival – 40% of the booking cost
up to 1 week before date of arrival – 70% of the booking cost
within one week of the date of arrival – 90 % of the booking cost
Cancellation costs are calculated based on the total price.* You are welcome to take out cancellation insurance with us.
Games: You will find board games and cards in the TV room.
Sports equipment & hire: Bikes, e-bikes, skis, snowboards and other equipment can be hired in the nearby sports shops.
